The 12 Session Program is for those who want to get clear on where they want to go, and build the new habits to get there. We assess as we go, determining what is working, what is not, and creating an action plan for the next week that makes the most sense for you. In this program, we walk together towards the outcome you create allowing you to learn to trust yourself, your intuition and set yourself up for success
You get 12 weeks of support and resources personalized to you and what you care about most. You decide the outcome you are looking for and this drives the time we spend together in our coaching sessions. If you choose to work with me, the environment I create for you is one of self-observation and self-assessment.

We fight fairly, and handle obstacles with an attitude of teamwork and maturity.
Someone who feels stuck in a job they don't like might say:
My career nourishes me and feeds my core basic needs of community, contribution, and creativity. I am compensated well for my work [get specific about your number], and am valued by my company. I have a retirement plan that contributes [X]% and I feel excited about that. I have freedom in my schedule and a flexibility that allows me to pursue personal hobbies and relationships outside of work.
Note: This doesn't mean they jump ship immediately. It might mean they stay at their current company but change their mindset and habits so much it feels like an altogether new environment.
Someone who experiences self-loathing on a daily basis might create an outcome like this:
