how long does it take?

Clearings can take a long time at the start, as you're learning it for the first time. Leave three hours for your first one. Anticipate 45 minutes to 90 minutes for subsequent clearings. The process is fluid and flexible, so it can be different for everyone.

Any of the relationships in your life is worthy of clearing, even if you consider it a healthy one in present day. Moms, dads, siblings, self, friends, coworkers, supervisors, significant others. Also, consider your relationship with your finances, physical health, mental health, food, the body.
